Planning and Design
Cladding inspection & design service
At TP Construction we undertake all aspects of cladding remediation starting with a full inspection of external walls, cladding substrate and existing fire cavities. We work closely with our clients to understand their needs, the needs of occupiers as well as the environment the building is located in.
- As the principal contractor we have a team that are highly experienced in all aspects of construction efficiency, compliance, health & safety and quality control. As result our facade and cladding regeneration designs are entirely bespoke and based on the unique needs of our clients.

Facade Design & Build Contractor
As the principal contractor we lead all aspects of inspection, design and construction works within our own competencies. Our experience is with the removal of all types of non-fire resistant insulation and replacing with fire safe alternatives using industry recognised brands like SPS Envirowall.
- Our extensive on-site experience includes full site set up, security and a dedicated site manager to ensure all aspects of work are completed on time and within budget. A full health & safety report and procedure is listed across construction phase, fire risk, safety review, scaffold erection and fire plan.
Facade Strip & Re-Clad Contractor
At TP Construction we are fully equipped to work with the most hazardous types of insulation. Our expertise in site management and problem solving enables us to undertake contracts that require full stripping back of external walls, remove hazardous insulation and safely dispose of it.
- Our market leading, fire resistant cladding insulation replacement offers a fully compliant, correctly installed and fully sealed cladding system. We also have a team of architects and designers to ensure that the aesthetics of the building are improved through the process, significantly enhancing the presentation of the building. We also offer services in Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP), Fibre Cement Panels, Stone Cladding and various types of surface effects.
External Wall Insulation Contractor
TP Construction offers External Wall Insulation to Greater London’s high rise residential and commercial properties. We are able to fully undertake external wall insulation as part of a unique requirement, or as part of re-cladding and facade changes.

GRC Facades Re-Cladding Contractor
Our most popular service in London and surrounding areas. Our speciality can be found in managing the complexity that comes with Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) panels. The popularity of GRC panels in London is due to its flexible visual appeal, often specified by architects in line with their design ambitions. Due to the requirements of GRC panels, specialist equipment and site expertise is required to correctly remove GRC wall panels in order for hazardous insulation to be extracted, disposed of and replaced.
