For over 20 years we have been supporting landlords and property management companies in the area of fire door safety for flats. Our specialist team of London based fire door experts are able to complete all work from maintenance, to replacement of fire doors. We undertake all types of fire door work across private and commercial areas. Please note that we do not take single door requirements, only 10 orders or more.

Fire doors found in flats and communal buildings have unique requirements. They are required to meet many regulations and as a result of regular wear and tear require fire door maintenance. We offer:

  • Repair & replace door hardware, door closers and any other associated repairs
  • Improve & install modern fire seals for both fire and smoke safety, including damage to door frames & door linings
  • Upgrade door locks in line with security and fire safety requirements
  • Repair damage to doors, or replace doors, as required.

In some cases a replacement door is required. This can be for 1 door or many, depending on the size of the project and the Fire Risk Assessment Report.

  • All doors are sourced from the highest quality suppliers on the quickest possible lead times, fully bespoke and made to order
  • Full fire certificates are issued per fire door to confirm that they are fully compliant to the latest safety standards and requirements
