A Bit About Us
Our founding partners, Matt and Ben, have been friends for over 15 years and have a combined experience of more than 45 years in construction and planning.
At TP Construction we love what we do, what we create and who we work with – our clients, our teams and our suppliers. We pride ourselves on the way we communicate and our professionalism throughout a project. This is central to everything we do.
Over the years we have built a reputation for being experts in renovation, conservation, and taking projects from plans to completion no matter the scale. A large percentage of our work comes through word of mouth – we believe we are only as good as our last client’s feedback and partnership is our goal in every aspect of planning and execution. Creating sustainable and innovative renovations and spaces, based on sound architectural and aesthetic principals takes strong team work. We couldn’t be prouder of our team and the work we do in our core areas of; construction, fire doors, and facades.

We deploy our industry leading joinery expertise in creating bespoke fire doors that hold the highest fire ratings (FD 30 and FD 60) and carry a BS 476 Part 22: 1987 rating. Our heritage fire doors can be found in some of the most beloved historic buildings across London and the UK. Due to our ability to mix modern fire safety technology with heritage door making techniques, creating the perfect hybrid between an authentic period door and cutting-edge fire safety, we are a trusted supplier to organisations like English Heritage.
Due to the changes in building regulations following the tragedy of Grenfell Tower (External Wall Fire Review (EWS1) and the Building Safety Act 2022), we have assembled a team of experts in the area of fire safety, facades refurbishment and restoration of hazardous buildings. We focus on brick slip, aluminium, and rendered solutions and have renovated and replaced facades across the Central and Greater London areas including the St Giles Hotel, Heathrow.
