The renovation began with a complete gutting of the property, stripping it back to its bare bones to allow for a comprehensive re-imagining of the interior layout and infrastructure.
Key structural interventions included the ambitious opening up of the existing basement. This critical phase involved intricate structural steelwork to create new, expansive lower-ground living areas, significantly increasing the usable footprint of the home. A major design highlight was the innovative manipulation of natural light, strategically guiding it from the front to the rear of the property, creating a sense of openness and airiness throughout.
Beyond the structural enhancements, the refurbishment extended to every corner of the property.
