The scope of work at Burbage Road was truly comprehensive, moving far beyond a standard refurbishment. The project involved the strategic demolition of the entire house, preserving only the front facade and two critical flank walls. This approach allowed for an entire rebuild of the property, including the crucial addition of a new basement.

This was a premium refurbishment, driven by the client’s desire to incorporate historic features while leveraging modern building materials for superior performance, sustainability, and longevity.
