Project Highlights:
 

  • Allen Build (Housing Developer): From 2016 to 2023, we worked as a sub-contractor for Allen Build, installing their brick slip and render systems to external walls. We utilized the FastClad brick slip system and predominantly EWI render. Notable projects include 102-104 Wandsworth High Street, Eastreham House, Brixton, and Clyde Terrace, Forest Hill.

  • St Giles Hotel, Feltham: As the Principal Contractor on this job, we executed a comprehensive remediation, which involved stripping off all the existing EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) insulation from the building. This was replaced with mineral wool insulation and the SPS Envirowall render system.

  • Old Street, Islington: In our role as Principal Contractor, we are undertaking a critical project focused on removing all combustible materials from the external wall to ensure the building achieves at least an A2 rating. The facade is complex, made up of a mix of materials—brick slips, render, and aluminium cladding—all of which require full remediation.

  • Abbots House, Kensington: This project involves the refurbishment of a 460m² penthouse flat and the rebuilding of two gable walls. As the work is on a building over 18m high, we are currently navigating the Gateway 2 application process (46 weeks in) and are actively expecting an outcome soon.

  • Tower House, Lewisham: We successfully carried out the opening up works necessary to assist the fire officer with the FRAEW (Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls). We are currently preparing to commence the PCSA (Pre-Construction Services Agreement) in early January.
