- SPS Envirowall System: The SPS Envirowall material is being utilised for the new external wall system. This choice is based on its known properties, which are critical for this project:
- Performance Capabilities: The system is being specified and installed to achieve the adequate fire rating required for a residential penthouse suite, ensuring the safety and compliance of the building.
- Durability and Aesthetics: While meeting safety standards, the SPS Envirowall system also contributes to the longevity and visual appeal of the building’s exterior.
Current Progress & Expected Outcome
